About

Are you trying to navigate sudden life changes or loss? Do you feel stuck and overwhelmed? Are you overthinking everything, feeling pressure to do more as if something is always missing? Are you dreaming of being able to show up fully and authentically in your life and relationships? Are you longing for ease, clarity, purpose and connection? I offer a compassionate space for your pain and heartbreak, and a safe place to reconnect back to yourself and explore what's holding you back from being present to yourself and others in this moment of your life. As a holistic and integrative therapist, I offer life affirming and culturally sensitive whole-person care that considers body, mind, emotions and spirit. I work collaboratively with you and my approach is highly individualized and tailored to your needs, whether it is a desire to find relief from stress now or longing for a deep transformation and healing in your life and relationships. Together, we will work towards your goals and help you build a more fulfilling, authentic and embodied life. I am compassionate, yet firm; non-judgmental, yet direct; creative, engaging and attentive, yet rigorous and actively present. Through our work together, you will experience sense of ease, improved emotional regulation, increased body awareness, and a greater sense of safety and connection. Clients often share they feel relief, clarity and aliveness in sessions. I support clients struggling with stress, anxiety and depression, chronic illness, difficult life transitions, heartbreak of grief and loss, effects of childhood and generational trauma, and help couples and relationships resolve conflict, improve communication and restore trust. I love working with multicultural clients, and help people heal from religious/spiritual trauma and narcissistic abuse. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirmative and ADHD/Neurodivergence informed. I am a Neuro-Affective Relational Model (NARM®) Therapist trained in working with people who have experienced early developmental and relational trauma. As a Grief Certified Therapist, I understand grief and meet you where you are to support you through the heartbreak of loss to find healing and hope. I have studied trauma therapy with Dr. Laurence Heller, founder of the NARM Institute and the author of "Healing Developmental Trauma"; interpersonal neurobiology with Dr. Dan Siegel, neuropsychiatrist and founder of the Mindsight Institute; somatic trauma therapy with Linda Thai; somatic nature therapy, ceremony and rites of passage with Katie Asmus, founder of Somatic Nature Therapy Institute in Boulder, Colorado; grief work with David Kessler, grief expert and the author of "Finding meaning, the sixth stage of grief"; end of life, death and dying care with Roshi Joan Halifax at the Upaya Zen Center. I am dedicated to the art of integrative psychotherapy and regularly participate in trainings and clinical consultation groups to expand my skill and expertise. I was born in Estonia and immigrated to the US in 1998. I studied Mathematics at the University of Tartu and have a lifelong passion for exploring the inner landscape of the soul and the interconnectedness of art, science and contemplative practices. I hold Masters of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles with a specialization in Spiritual and Depth Psychology. I am bi-lingual and provide therapy in both English and Russian. My background is in holistic wellness, over the years I have trained extensively in both psychological and spiritual methodologies and practices, including Trauma therapy, Jungian and Somatic therapy, Nature/Eco therapy, art, yoga, mindfulness and meditation. My life and work are strongly informed by my studies with Jennifer Welwood, my beloved teacher of integrated spiritual/psychological work, and by my ongoing studies and dedicated practice of Vedic Sciences. I am inspired by nature, art, dance, council, photography, poetry and heart to heart connections. I am passionate about providing the best care to my clients and meet each person where they are with compassion, care and genuine curiosity. I am inspired by the resiliency of human spirit and wholeheartedly believe in the innate capacity of each one of us to heal and thrive. I invite you to reach out to schedule a consultation to explore how I can support you and see if we are a good fit.
