Are you trying to navigate sudden life changes or loss, and feel stuck, exhausted or overwhelmed? Did you lose passion and spark in your life, work or relationships? Are you longing for ease, clarity, purpose and connection? I offer a safe space for your heartbreak and a place to reconnect to yourself. In the atmosphere of acceptance and empathy, we will explore what's holding you back from being present to yourself and others in this moment of your life, we will work together to identify your unique strengths and reconnect to your innate ease, joy and resiliency. My style of therapy is collaborative, holistic and integrative, I weave in relational, nervous system focused and insight-oriented approaches, and combine traditional talk therapy with evidence-based mindfulness, somatic and creative practices. I am a Neuro-Affective Relational Model (NARM®) Therapist trained in working with people who have experienced early developmental and relational trauma. I am also a Certified Grief Educator, I understand grief and meet you where you are to support you through the heartbreak of loss to find healing and hope. I help teens, adults and relationships heal and grow. I specialize in supporting people experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, issues of self-esteem and burnout, childhood and generational trauma, relationship issues, life, career and identity transitions, spiritual emergence and trauma. I have experience working with multicultural couples and families, veterans, refugees, survivors of abuse, clients with HIV, chronic health conditions and those in the end-of-life care. I am fluent in Russian and provide therapy in English and Russian. I was born in Estonia and immigrated to the US in 1998. I studied Mathematics at the University of Tartu and have passion for exploring the interconnectedness of art, science and contemplative practices. I hold Masters of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles with a specialization in Spiritual and Depth Psychology. I have trained extensively in both psychological and spiritual methodologies and practices, including trauma therapy, Jungian and somatic therapy, nature/eco therapy, art, yoga and meditation. I am inspired by nature, dance, photography, poetry, pottery and heart to heart connections. I bring life affirming, culturally sensitive and nurturing presence to creating a safe holding environment that is essential for healing and transformation. I invite you to reach out to explore how I could support you.
